The Alzheimer's Study Group will include recommendations and highlight noteworthy initiatives in its National Alzheimer's Strategic Plan. You are encouraged to submit proposed recommendations and noteworthy initiatives for potential inclusion in this report. All submissions will be carefully reviewed and considered. While not all recommendations and initiatives will be included in the report, all submissions will be posted to this website.

Submitting Recommendations

Please submit recommendations using the link immediately below. You are welcome to use this link repeatedly to submit multiple recommendations. Your submissions will be listed publicly. You will have the option to submit them anonymously or under your name.

If you prefer this option, please send the document as an attachment to recommendations@alzstudygroup.org. However, we request that you address the same criteria and follow the same sequence used in the online survey.
